Groundskeeper

About the role

RADCO is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our residential community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for keeping the property clean, functional, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Walk the property regularly to remove debris, trash, and pet waste.
• Identify and address immediate safety concerns or property issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Carry out minor repairs, appliance moves, and support Make‑Ready tasks.
• Assist with resident activities and respond to resident requests professionally.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a detail‑oriented work style.
• Self‑motivated, takes initiative, and shows pride in work quality.
• Valid driver’s license (may be required) and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lb, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
