HR Business Partner / HR Director for Core Business Unit

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director to lead the Core Business Unit. The role supports globally distributed, remote teams and ensures HR processes align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and contribution to company strategic and financial targets.
• Manage staffing, probation completion, and satisfaction of hires.
• Foster employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital/IT company.
• Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and termination.
• Experience handling payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, engagement, and loyalty metrics, with C&B and analytics exposure.
• Strong project management, goal‑orientation, and resilience in uncertain, multitasking environments.
• Fluent in both Russian and English.
