About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent development and drive organizational transformation within our industry‑research team. The role combines strategic HR consulting with hands‑on talent acquisition, capability building, and culture development.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose business operations and formulate HR solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Build and lead a talent pipeline for the industry‑research team, recruiting key positions and retaining high‑potential talent.
• Conduct regular HR inventories, capability assessments, and design talent cultivation plans.
• Develop internal career pathways and ensure smooth talent mobility.
• Create and nurture a vibrant team culture through effective communication channels.
• Collaborate on broader HR initiatives and support other HR‑related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with fluent English for work communication.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs, make rapid professional judgments, and apply systematic HR knowledge across multiple modules.
• Strong communication, coordination, logical analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to fast‑paced environments, and eager to learn.
