Infant/Toddler Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a vibrant Infant/Toddler Teacher to join a team of caring, creative educators. You will nurture the youngest learners in a warm, home‑like environment, using a research‑based curriculum to support early development.

Key responsibilities

• Create a cozy, engaging space where infants feel safe and can thrive.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents, celebrating each tiny win.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver an age‑appropriate, stimulating curriculum.
• Observe each child’s cues, ensuring safety while enriching play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a role model for the children.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and enthusiastic.
• Meets all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible and able to work during business hours.
• Bonus for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
