IT Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

About the role

The IT Manager will be pivotal in strengthening Cauridor’s infrastructure as the company scales across Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end IT function, set standards, and build processes that support the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, tracking, and remote wipe/lock.
• Administer identity and access management systems (SSO, MFA, role‑based access) and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Manage security software, antivirus, VPNs, and enforce company‑wide security policies.
• Own onboarding and offboarding IT processes, ensuring seamless device provisioning and account management.
• Establish foundational IT infrastructure, document standards, and oversee vendor relationships.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT security, preferably in a startup or scaling environment.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM tools, remote wipe/lock capabilities, and endpoint security.
• Strong knowledge of access control, VPN, and account security best practices.
• Experience managing device logistics for a distributed or remote workforce.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
