Liberia Sales Manager

About the role

The Liberia Sales Manager will drive market development across mining, energy, railway and infrastructure projects, focusing on medium and small scale opportunities. The role requires deep knowledge of Hytera’s public‑private converged communication and PoC solutions and the ability to generate both short‑term and long‑term sales pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with end‑users in mining, energy and transportation sectors, using personal networks and cold outreach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers of energy, mining and transport customers in Liberia.
• Conduct local market research, monitor trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Track sales progress, compile data and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Support regular business trips within Liberia as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven business development and project sales track record, preferably in the ICT communication industry.
• Familiarity with Liberia’s mining, energy and transportation sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with fluent oral and written English.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Liberia and undertake frequent business trips.
