职位概况
负责以新用户增长为核心，制定并执行社群拉新策略，搭建多平台社群矩阵，实现从触达到交易的完整转化链路。
主要职责
- 制定并落地社群拉新方案，负责获客量、转化率指标。
- 搭建并运营Telegram、Discord、X等社群平台。
- 策划裂变、邀请返佣、空投等增长活动。
- 带领5人以上团队，进行目标拆解与过程管理。
- 整合KOL、行业社群等外部资源，拓展获客渠道。
- 建立数据监测体系，复盘转化漏斗，优化ROI。
- 与投放、品牌、活动等市场团队协同，完成流量转化闭环。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上社群运营或用户增长经验，有可量化的拉新/转化案例。
- 熟悉Telegram、Discord等Web3社群生态，具备社群资源。
- 具备5人以上团队管理经验，英语可作为工作语言。
- 对裂变增长、邀请机制、转化漏斗等方法论有深刻理解，数据敏感度高。
- 有Web3或加密货币交易所行业经验者优先，抗压能力强。
