职位概况
负责研究并构建新兴可交易标的的市场框架，推动创新金融产品的设计与落地。
主要职责
- 持续研究新的可交易标的，包括Pre-IPO、AI Compute、能源等新兴市场。
- 建立市场研究框架，评估用户需求、规模、流动性等关键因素。
- 联合量化、交易、风控等团队完成产品结构设计，选择合适的交易模式。
- 维护新市场项目管线，推动从概念到规模化的全流程。
- 跟踪全球交易所及衍生品平台的产品创新动态。
任职要求
- 具备交易、金融产品、衍生品或量化交易等相关经验。
- 对市场机制有浓厚兴趣，理解价格指数、Oracle、Funding等概念。
- 能够识别非标准资产的可交易性，非单纯功能抄袭型产品经理。
- 有期货、衍生品、另类数据、RWA、Prediction Market等经验者优先。
