职位概况
负责现货及合约业务的产品运营，围绕用户增长、交易活跃、转化、留存及收入等核心指标，制定并推动运营策略落地。
主要职责
- 统筹现货、合约业务的产品需求，评估优先级并推动重点项目落地。
- 负责产品创新及增长项目，关注行业趋势、竞品动态，推动产品优化和运营机制创新。
- 协调跨部门团队，确保项目按计划完成并进行效果复盘。
- 管理产品运营团队，制定目标、分配任务并提升团队执行效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网、金融科技或数字资产相关产品运营经验。
- 具备产品思维、业务理解能力，能够提出并落地运营解决方案。
- 结果导向，拥有强烈的Owner意识，关注项目实际效果。
- 具备创新意识、问题解决能力及数据分析能力，熟悉用户分群、漏斗分析等方法。
