About the role

Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic therapy team. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered, evidence‑based care while building strong relationships with physician partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence‑based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Engage collaboratively with patients, clinical teammates, and the broader organization.
• Set and achieve personal and professional goals aligned with the company’s mission and standards.

Required profile

• Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong drive to pursue personal and professional development.
