Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the role

Lucky Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead daily pharmacy activities at its Monrovia location. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service while supporting a friendly, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy workflow and supervise technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate prescription processing, inventory management, and ordering procedures.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and drive quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance feedback, and team development.

Required profile

• Strong operations‑management experience, including workflow optimization and staff supervision.
• Solid background in pharmacy practice with knowledge of medication safety and dispensing processes.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Ability to lead and support pharmacy technicians and other team members in a community setting.
• Understanding of coordination with prescribers and community health initiatives.
• Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., registered pharmacist or certified pharmacy technician) preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
