About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this remote position you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget, and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM.
- Provide continuous market feedback on objections, trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition experience.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
