Senior Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to provide consulting services directly to our clients. In this role you will design and develop production layouts for warehouses, aiming to boost productivity and uphold quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review current production schedules and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design facility layouts and estimate production costs.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing practices and recommend enhancements.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
• Enforce quality‑control measures to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of each production process.
• Assess employee tasks and suggest tools or procedures to increase productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• International experience preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally; valid visa and passport required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated leadership, team‑management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, abstract‑reasoning, and organizational skills.
