Senior Product Analyst – Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our main product team, focusing on customer experience metrics, research, and experimentation for our social discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the metrics tree, maintain single definitions for each metric, and validate dashboards.
• Conduct ad‑hoc investigations into metric fluctuations, identify bottlenecks, and validate product hypotheses.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, including sample‑size calculations, sanity checks, and reporting results with guardrail metrics.
• Define data‑tracking requirements, maintain the test archive, and surface data‑quality issues proactively.

Required profile

• Higher education in a mathematical or technical field with knowledge of statistics and probability theory.
• Proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Extensive experience running and analyzing A/B tests and deep knowledge of marketing metrics.
