Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Protev Group seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Project Manager to drive innovative projects within the automotive sector. The role demands an energetic, results‑oriented professional who can think outside the box and help elevate the company’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor KPIs, participating in weekly review meetings.
• Support re‑qualification reporting and create dismantling and rework plans.
• Manage project timelines, buy‑off planning, and coordinate with quality management teams.
• Track processes, prepare for audits, and adjust shift systems as needed.
• Pre‑select potential suppliers and gather turnover data for U.S. suppliers.
• Enter times, manage overtime, vacation planning, and training tracking.
• Prepare, moderate, and present meetings and travel billing.

Required profile

• Technical college or university degree in a technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
