Translator – Production & Technical Support

About the role

The Translator will support the production team by bridging language gaps between English and Myanmar, ensuring that technical and operational information is accurately communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Production in planning, scheduling and monitoring production activities.
• Coordinate with factory supervisors and staff to implement production plans.
• Act as a liaison between the foreign Head of Production and local staff, translating instructions, policies and technical documents between English and Myanmar.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or related field.
• Experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the chemical/agro‑chemical industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Procurement and other departments.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, organized and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
