Business Development Manager - Web3

About the role

Klein Labs is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead global growth and strategic partnerships across its Web3 product suite. The role will focus on market‑making services, OTC, treasury solutions, venture activities and fundraising coordination, working closely with the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD, partnership and fundraising plans that drive revenue and capital introduction.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with exchanges, projects, DAOs, market makers, funds, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Design partnership models for market‑making, OTC, treasury, ventures and fund‑related lines.
• Support institutional fundraising, LP management, investor outreach, due‑diligence coordination and capital onboarding.
• Communicate Klein Labs’ business model, fund strategy, risk framework and performance to external partners and investors.
• Maintain and optimise external materials such as decks, one‑pagers, FAQs and investor updates.
• Represent the company in negotiations, industry events and strategic meetings.
• Collaborate with research, trading, legal and operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, institutional fundraising or investor relations.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, partnership conversion or fundraising outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and crypto market structure.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, crypto‑native environment.
