Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide first‑level assistance for modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalated complaints.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or online travel environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
• Solid computer literacy and reliable broadband connection.
• Availability to work CET hours, Monday‑Sunday, with mandatory weekend shifts.
