职位概况
我们正在寻找一位具备募资能力、机构沟通能力与市场理解能力的投资关系经理，负责推动机构募资与LP关系管理。
主要职责
- 直接参与基金募资材料梳理、潜在投资人拓展、投资者教育、尽调协调与募资流程推进。
- 拓展并维护家办、高净值、机构及 crypto native LP 资源，推动募资转化。
- 对外讲述基金策略、收益逻辑、风险框架与差异化优势，提升潜在投资人对基金的理解与配置意愿。
- 管理募资材料，包括 deck、one‑pager、FAQ、DDQ 及投资者更新材料，确保对外口径统一专业。
- 跟进 LP pipeline，推进 meeting、尽调、法务沟通、subscription 及入金等募资流程。
- 维护现有 LP 关系，做好投后沟通、定期更新与复投转介绍管理。
- 协同管理层、法务、研究与交易团队，持续优化基金募资叙事和投资者沟通效率。
