Payroll Accountant

About the role

The Fabulous Fox Theatre is looking for a dedicated Payroll Accountant to join its finance team on a full‑time, salaried basis. You will ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on schedule while maintaining related accounting records.

Key responsibilities

• Process bi‑weekly payroll for all employees.
• Manage employee benefits, taxes, and other payroll deductions.
• Process and reconcile employee benefit and tax payments.
• Import payroll data into the general ledger.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
• Complete bank reconciliations.

Required profile

• Prior experience with general ledger and payroll processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accounting degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines.
