Human Resources Officer (Liberian Nationals Only)

About the role

You will help coordinate and support the execution of the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans, providing high‑quality HR services to staff and partners in Liberia.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager/Head of Operations in overall HR program management.
• Coordinate HR processes to meet agency, donor, and local legal requirements.
• Assess service needs and advise managers on daily staff management.
• Collect input on HR policies and assist in updating systems, manuals and tools.
• Assist with professional development needs assessments and program delivery.
• Maintain personnel records and HRIS data in compliance with CRS, donor and local regulations.
• Prepare analytical reports on HR metrics, trends and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably with an international or local NGO.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 %.
