职位概况
我们正在寻找具备募资能力、机构沟通能力与市场理解能力的投资关系经理，负责推动机构募资与 LP 关系管理。
主要职责
- 梳理基金募资材料，拓展潜在投资人，进行投资者教育。
- 管理募资材料（deck、one‑pager、FAQ、DDQ 等），确保对外口径统一专业。
- 跟进 LP pipeline，推进会议、尽调、法务沟通、认购及入金等流程。
- 维护现有 LP 关系，做好投后沟通、定期更新与复投转介绍管理。
- 协同管理层、法务、研究与交易团队，持续优化基金募资叙事和沟通效率。
任职要求
- 具备募资能力，能够独立推动基金募集。
- 具备机构沟通能力，能够有效维护和拓展机构及高净值客户关系。
- 具备市场理解能力，能够清晰阐述基金策略、收益逻辑与风险框架。
