Process Specialist – SCM

About the role

ArcelorMittal Liberia, the largest mining company in the country, is seeking a Process Specialist in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support its expanding operations. The specialist will help ensure efficient sourcing, review and improve supply‑chain processes, and conduct supplier risk assessments to sustain the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing of materials and services required for mining operations.
• Reviewing existing supply‑chain processes and recommending improvements.
• Conducting supplier risk analysis to mitigate potential disruptions.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain or procurement functions.
• Understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier risk assessment.

Required skills

• CPSM certification (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
