Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive partnership growth for its social entertainment platforms. You will own the full lifecycle of custom integrations and affiliate relationships, expanding the company’s reach across new markets and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and negotiate partnerships from initial outreach to launch and performance monitoring.
• Close priority deals such as RTBPanda traffic partnership, model‑promotion agency integration, Microsoft ad‑compliance approval, and TikTok/Snapchat account‑provider partnerships.
• Conduct ongoing cold outreach to identify new partners and affiliates.
• Maintain a live, prioritized partner list with detailed status and next steps.
• Track competitor affiliate programs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Hand off active partnerships to affiliate managers for day‑to‑day management.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle business development or sales experience, including cold sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and commercial terms.
• Ability to identify non‑standard traffic sources and partners.
• Strong business English communication skills.
• Structured, proactive approach with comfort handling ambiguity.

Required skills

• Technical literacy with tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, APIs, and integration requirements.
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid revenue models.
• Understanding of channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risk assessment.
• Familiarity with ad‑platform compliance processes.
• Partner pipeline/CRM discipline and clean database hygiene.
