职位概况

负责已投项目的日常监控与跟踪管理，定期收集并分析被投企业的财务、运营数据，形成投后管理报告，及时汇报项目动态与潜在风险。

主要职责

监控已投项目，收集并分析财务、运营及业务进展数据。
编制月度/季度投后管理报告，向基金管理层汇报。
就重大经营决策、融资计划、股权变动等提供专业意见并行使表决权。
维护投后管理数据库与风险预警体系，分级管理项目并启动应急预案。
协助被投企业对接产业资源、客户渠道，提升运营效率。
参与项目退出方案设计与执行，推动投资收益最大化。
