About the role
FHI 360 is seeking an Operations Manager for its Liberia Country Office in Monrovia. The role oversees daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with Liberian regulations and USG procedures while supporting project efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks including leases, office maintenance, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Ensure operational activities align with the project’s annual work plan.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with donor and organizational policies for asset management and logistics.
- Track and maintain administrative and operational documents using appropriate mechanisms.
- Coordinate program activities with project and field staff.
- Oversee logistics, supply chain, inventory, and related administrative processes.
- Maintain the department’s filing system and serve as a resource on administrative policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Ability to initiate and implement activities with minimal supervision.
- Strong prioritization skills and high accuracy in task completion.
- Knowledge of Liberian laws and regulations affecting operations.
- Familiarity with USG procedures, rules, and regulations.
