Property Manager – Multifamily Residential

About the role

RADCO is looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead a multifamily community. You will be responsible for driving resident satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, and guiding a high‑performing office and maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Train, motivate, and support office and maintenance staff through regular meetings, feedback, and team‑building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Manage office operations, enforce policies, and maintain curb appeal and community cleanliness.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to align maintenance initiatives with property goals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, questions, and service requests to boost retention.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of property management experience in the multifamily sector.
• Strong marketing ability to develop and oversee property marketing plans.
• Solid financial acumen for reading, interpreting, and updating reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for residents, owners, vendors, and team members.
• Proven leadership with delegation and team‑management capabilities.
