Python Developer – Remote (EU Timezones)

About the role

Join ShipHero’s European team as a Python Developer working fully remote in an async‑first environment. You’ll help extend our Warehouse Management System into the B2B space while pushing AI deeper into our engineering workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship scalable features end‑to‑end, from business need to production.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews that improve quality, design, and team growth.
• Optimize the existing tech stack and guide its evolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to build pragmatic, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML concepts and ideas for improving workflows.
• Proven track record of building production systems, managing technical debt, and using testing/CI practices.
• Enjoys mentoring and collaborative teamwork.
