Remote Sales Setter (Commission Only)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Setter to contact UK businesses using provided leads, start conversations, qualify prospects and pass them to our closers. The role is commission‑only and you are paid only when a qualified opportunity closes and the customer pays. Commission is 40 % of the sales commission on website sales, with examples ranging from £130 to £370 per deal.

Key responsibilities

• Contact UK businesses using provided leads
• Start conversations with business owners and decision‑makers
• Identify businesses that may benefit from our services
• Qualify interested prospects using our sales process
• Pass qualified opportunities to our closers
• Follow up with prospects when required
• Keep accurate records of conversations and follow‑up
• Follow our provided scripts, training and sales framework

Required profile

• Confident spoken English
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending messages
• Willing to learn and follow a sales process
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Beginners are welcome
