Security Ops Expert – AI Data Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Security Ops Expert to help train an AI agent on safe information handling within a B2B SaaS environment. This fully remote, hourly contractor position offers flexible hours and focuses on evaluating security‑relevant workplace scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review structured security scenarios (executor role, task, cast, attributes).
• Label each attribute as appropriate or not for AI use and determine visibility for each cast member.
• Provide concise, policy‑aligned justifications using contextual integrity norms.
• Apply guidelines consistently, especially in ambiguous cases.
• Flag edge cases that could pose privacy, security, or compliance risks.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Security Operations, GRC, IAM, or Security Support at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong English writing and reasoning abilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS security workflows such as access provisioning, data access reviews, incident response, and user lifecycle controls.
• Comfort interpreting security alerts, access requests, and policy language.
