Senior System Administrator

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join its global IT Infrastructure team. You will provide technical support to a distributed workforce, ensuring reliable access to systems and services across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for employees worldwide, handling hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Support Windows and macOS devices, including OS installation and configuration from scratch.
• Administer MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Process service requests via Jira or similar service‑desk tools, adhering to SLA expectations.
• Maintain corporate IT equipment, inventory, and support internal events and office hubs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and a high‑quality internal customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, or similar).
• Proven ability to support both Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with VPN, Citrix, and remote‑access technologies.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and service‑desk platforms like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
