Analyst II – Supply Chain Data Systems

About the role

The Analyst II will implement, maintain, and use data systems that support evidence‑based supply chain decision‑making in Liberia. This hands‑on position configures tools, integrates commodity data, and generates data‑driven reports for the Supply Chain Management component.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and provide user support for the Quantification Analytic Tool (QAT) and integrate consumption, inventory, and shipment data to generate up to 24‑month forecasts.
• Support end‑to‑end supply chain traceability for ITNs and other commodities using GS1 standards, including barcode implementation and data integration between Open mSupply and other health data systems.
• Track and report distribution and inventory KPIs, creating dashboards for the MOH Supply Chain Technical Working Group, CRS management, and USAID/PMI.
• Coordinate with CMS, county depot staff, and the Data Systems team on standards, integration, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with supply chain information systems (e.g., mSupply, LMIS) or health commodity data management.
• Proven ability to independently maintain data systems, troubleshoot data‑quality issues, and produce clear analytical reports.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 25% within Liberia.
