About the role
The Field Service Representative I supports radioactive tracer services (proppant tracers) during well‑site operations. Acting as the Radiation Safety Officer on‑site, the incumbent ensures compliance with NRC regulations while delivering safe and effective tracer solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate job objectives, design changes, and safety procedures with clients.
- Gather and evaluate well specifications, fracture stages, casing, tubing, and completion types.
- Strategize rig‑up scenarios and recommend optimal tracer designs based on data analysis.
- Analyze mud reports to determine appropriate tracer quantities and adjust designs in real time.
- Monitor well‑site operations, modify tracer plans as needed, and ensure all activities meet NRC and Agreement State requirements.
Required profile
- Experience with radioactive material handling and NRC compliance.
- Strong understanding of well‑site operations and hydraulic fracturing processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and field teams.
- Attention to safety, detail, and regulatory documentation.
