Inside Sales Agent

About the role

DenverSings is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to drive new business by contacting bars, restaurants, country clubs, resorts, HOAs, and event venues across the United States. You will introduce our live solo vocal, karaoke, and trivia services, qualify booking needs, and schedule performances.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target venues and key decision‑makers to keep a fresh prospect pipeline.
• Conduct outbound cold calls during U.S. business hours, qualify leads, and collect direct contact information.
• Follow up via phone, email, or text to confirm availability and book appointments or performance dates.
• Send promotional materials, videos, and pricing information while communicating naturally without strict scripts.
• Track calls, notes, and lead status in a spreadsheet or CRM, log do‑not‑call entries, and submit daily activity summaries.
• Assist with the Acorns affiliate program promotion when requested.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound/inbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools and maintaining contact databases.
• Strong written and spoken English fluency.
• Experience in the entertainment or live‑event booking sector is a plus.
