Junior Partner Account Manager (Multilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Partner Account Manager to support our growing portfolio of social discovery brands. Working remotely, you will assist in partner development, communication, and project coordination across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and developing partner relationships.
• Set tasks for outsourced teams, write clear instructions, and monitor progress.
• Communicate with partners, gather feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage news‑channel projects and respond to frequent partner inquiries.
• Provide support in all CRM chat interactions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2+).
• Proficiency in Russian (C1+).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with contractors, partners, and handling claims.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
