职位概况
负责大语言模型（LLM）在 Web3 与加密数字经济领域的落地应用，推动 LLM 与区块链、DeFi、DAO 等场景融合。
主要职责
- 探索 LLM 在 Web3 场景的实际应用路径，参与算法设计与框架搭建。
- 负责链上数据分析、智能合约审计、虚拟助手、AI Agent 等业务的模型开发全流程。
- 进行数据收集、模型训练、评估、推理部署及性能优化，确保生产可用性。
- 研究基于 LLM 的 Agent 架构在链上知识问答、资产策略生成、社区治理等任务中的应用。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业，具备科研背景优先。
- 熟悉 LLM 原理及主流模型（如 GPT、LLaMA），掌握 Fine‑tuning、Prompt Engineering、向量数据库、LangChain 等技术栈。
- 对 Web3 与加密数字经济有高度热情，了解链上数据结构、智能合约机制者优先。
- 毕业于 985 院校或同等海外高校，具备扎实的算法功底和工程实践能力。

- 向量数据库

- 知识图谱、图神经网络、强化学习
