Material Controller – Materials Planning & Warehouse Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Material Controller to manage material requests, planning and warehouse coordination for our administrative and operational teams. The role ensures timely availability of supplies, accurate tracking and accountability of all materials.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan and consolidate material requirements and submit requisitions to the AML Warehouse.
• Coordinate local purchases for items not stocked in the warehouse and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main liaison between the Administrative Office and the AML Warehouse, tracking all material movements.
• Maintain custody records, monitor usage and prevent loss or unauthorized distribution.
• Update material registers, conduct physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support procurement by preparing purchase requests, verifying quotations, delivery notes and invoices.
• Generate reports on material tracking accuracy, request timeliness and loss reduction.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in office administration, finance, logistics support or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
