职位概况
负责设计并优化OTC/RFQ产品流程，提升大额交易报价竞争力，支持多币种及未来资产交易场景。
主要职责
- 设计OTC/RFQ产品流程，包括询价、报价、成交确认、结算和订单状态管理。
- 连接内部自营流动性及外部Liquidity Provider，提高大额交易报价竞争力。
- 支持Crypto、Stablecoin、Fiat及未来RWA/股票的大额交易场景。
- 建设机构客户限额、权限、结算、对账、风控和异常处理能力。
- 与Payment团队打通大额Fiat/Stablecoin入出金链路。
任职要求
- 具备OTC Desk、Institutional Trading、Prime Brokerage、Crypto Liquidity或机构产品经验。
- 理解RFQ、Block Trade、Spread、Settlement、Counterparty Risk。
- 能够与交易员、BD、风控、财务和技术团队协作。
- 有高净值/机构客户交易平台经验者优先。
