Supply Chain Associate (G5) – Monrovia

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Supply Chain Associate (G5) to support its mission in Liberia. Reporting to the Resource Management Officer and directly to the Supply Chain Officer, the incumbent will manage procurement, logistics and asset activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and consolidate procurement requisition forms, verifying completeness and compliance with the Purchase Authorisation Matrix.
• Assist supervisors in procurement and logistics processes, including vendor sourcing, contract administration and asset management.
• Manage inventory, warehouse operations and asset tracking to meet IOM’s resource requirements.
• Coordinate with national and international partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records in line with IOM/UN procurement and logistics rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (or high school diploma with five years relevant experience).
• Minimum three years of experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management or asset management.
• Familiarity with IOM/UN procurement and logistics procedures is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of another UN official language is a plus.
