Business Growth & Operations Lead

About the role

The Business Growth & Operations Lead will drive commercial growth and oversee daily operations for Kids Dream Ice Cream. Working closely with the Managing Partner, this role translates strategic priorities into measurable results while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives to increase daily, weekly and monthly sales.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams such as breakfast services, catering, institutional sales and school feeding programmes.
• Build relationships with schools, businesses and corporate clients to generate new opportunities.
• Recommend and execute promotional campaigns and customer‑engagement activities.
• Monitor market trends and introduce new products and services.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day operations, including ice‑cream production, café service and the DreamBite School Feeding Programme.
• Improve operational systems, workflows and productivity across all business units.
• Monitor sales performance, operational expenditures, cash, inventory and resource accountability.
• Work with Finance to maintain accurate sales and stock records and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and strengthen the Kids Dream Ice Cream brand.
