Business Growth & Operations Lead

About the role

The Business Growth & Operations Lead will drive day‑to‑day leadership, operational management, and commercial growth for Kids Dream Ice Cream (KDIC). Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will translate strategic priorities into measurable results, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to increase daily, weekly and monthly sales, and identify new revenue streams such as breakfast services, catering, institutional sales and school feeding programmes.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily operations, including ice‑cream production, café service and the DreamBite School Feeding Programme.
• Monitor sales performance, operational expenditures, cash handling, inventory and resource accountability.
• Identify waste‑reduction opportunities, improve profitability and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints and drive brand‑building activities.
