Commission-Based Sales Partner

About the role

We are looking for motivated sales partners to promote our AI Employee solution to local businesses worldwide. This remote, commission‑only position allows you to work flexibly while earning high rewards for each successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to local businesses in target markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
• Engage business owners and decision‑makers to understand their challenges.
• Demonstrate how our AI Employee can address those challenges.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to secure recurring commissions.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably B2B or local‑business sales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
• Confident speaking with business owners and handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
