Finance Officer – ITN Mass Campaign

About the role

The Finance Officer will support the financial planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the ITN Mass Campaign. Working within Catholic Relief Services, the officer will ensure sound stewardship of campaign resources and compliance with financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in financial management activities for the ITN Mass Campaign.
• Monitor and track campaign budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved plans.
• Process payments, manage cash flow and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and produce regular financial reports.
• Oversee compliance with CRS financial procedures and donor requirements.
• Collaborate with campaign implementation teams, CRS finance staff, county‑level teams and partner organizations.

Required profile

• Experience in financial management and budgeting within a development or humanitarian context.
• Ability to work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.
• Commitment to CRS’s safeguarding policies and Code of Conduct.
