Human Resources Officer – HR Support for Country Program

About the role

Human Resources Officer will support the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans for Catholic Relief Services in Liberia. The role provides responsive, high‑quality HR services across recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, policy implementation and staff care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager or Head of Operations in managing HR programs and services for the Country Program.
• Coordinate and support the execution of HR strategies and operational plans.
• Deliver HR services in recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, onboarding/orientation and policy administration.
• Maintain employee records and support staff administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with CRS safeguarding policies and Code of Conduct.
