Maintenance Supervisor (Multifamily)

About the role

RADCO is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team that supports multifamily communities. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership, budgeting, and preventive‑maintenance planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a preventative‑maintenance program to reduce emergency repairs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a maintenance team.
• Assist in creating and managing community budgets, monitoring expenses against the budget.
• Ensure maintenance supplies are stocked and order materials as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours unless otherwise required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal refrigerant recycling).
• CPO certification preferred.
• Strong arithmetic, written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic financial acumen and ability to read a budget.
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
