Talent Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its global HR team. You will work remotely, helping us attract senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill talent for our social discovery products.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical roles.
• Apply Boolean, X‑Ray and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Create compelling outreach messages to boost response rates.
• Analyze, test and continuously optimise sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating outreach messages.
• Talent mapping experience is a plus.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
