TikTok Shop Creator Connections Specialist

About the role

IncubatorLab is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator Connections Specialist to drive rapid growth on TikTok Shop through strategic creator partnerships. You will source, onboard, and scale creators who can generate high‑volume gross merchandise value (GMV) via frequent video posts and live streams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end hard launches of creators on TikTok Shop, maximizing impact in the first 30 days.
• Manage a portfolio of creators to expand brand presence with high‑frequency video publishing.
• Review creator content and provide feedback on hooks, calls‑to‑action, and algorithm alignment.
• Build long‑term relationships with creators who consistently drive revenue.
• Track creator sales performance and adjust the roster based on measurable results.

Required profile

• Deep experience within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including affiliate programs and creator collaborations.
• Proven track record of taking a creator from zero to high‑volume sales through strategic video content.
• Strong follow‑up skills to ensure creators meet posting schedules and brief requirements.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of TikTok trends, audio formats, and engagement hooks.
• Excellent English communication for coaching creators and negotiating terms.
