Lead of Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead of Affiliate Marketing to expand its affiliate ecosystem across the mainstream dating vertical. You will be responsible for building and scaling high‑quality partnerships that drive revenue and enhance partner profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks.
• Drive growth by launching, testing, and scaling traffic from new partners.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, coordinating with product, tech, sales, and account teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offers, traffic sources, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Set up and monitor affiliate tracking, evaluate conversion rates, CPA, ROI, LTV, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance‑driven digital sales.
• Experience with mainstream dating products or similar consumer‑facing platforms is a strong advantage.
• Existing network of relevant affiliate partners and a track record of launching and scaling new collaborations.
