Senior Associate, Program Data Analytics – West & Central Africa

About the role

Evidence Action is seeking a Senior Associate to lead program data analytics for its West and Central Africa (WCA) portfolio. You will work with cleaned program data to generate insights, visualizations, and reports that directly inform program decisions and improve health outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses on program data and produce reports, dashboards, and publications.
• Ensure timely and clear information flow between program teams and the Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) divisions.
• Explore and implement innovative visualization techniques to showcase analytical work.
• Design and deliver mentorship and training content for MLE field teams.
• Organize internal MLE meetings and represent the Program Data Analytics unit in internal and external engagements.
• Supervise the Associate, Program Data Analytics and report to the Associate Manager, Program Data Analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis within a program or research environment.
• Strong ability to translate analytical findings into decision‑ready outputs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with program teams and other MLE units.
• Experience supervising junior analysts is a plus.
