About the role
The Senior Total Rewards Manager will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, guiding compensation, incentives and organisational design decisions across a global portfolio of social discovery products. This senior position reports to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and works closely with Finance, HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with C‑level executives and HR leadership on all total rewards matters, providing data‑driven recommendations.
- Own end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting for personnel costs, including FTE, OPEX and bonus pools, and conduct scenario modelling and variance analysis.
- Lead grading and job‑architecture initiatives to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain advanced people‑analytics dashboards covering HR ROI, cost efficiency and productivity metrics.
- Design, improve and scale performance‑management frameworks, including goal setting, calibration and bonus logic.
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on complex compensation cases such as offers, promotions, reorganisations and retention plans.
- Manage long‑term incentive (LTI) programmes end‑to‑end, from design and modelling to administration and reporting.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with a strong analytical focus.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into strategic decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting and compensation analytics.
- Deep knowledge of grading, job architecture and market benchmarking practices.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for complex formulas, scenario modelling and large data sets.
- Google Sheets proficiency for collaborative analytics.
